TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR ALL LEARN TO POSE™ OCB POSING CLINIC TICKETS

Thank you for purchasing a Learn To Pose™ OCB Posing Clinic Ticket! Here’s what you need to know. Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records.
You are purchasing a ticket to one of the three clinics available at our live posing clinic events. If you wish to attend more than one clinic at any event date you must purchase a separate ticket for each of them.
When you purchase a posing clinic ticket, the cost is $50 per ticket for in person posing clinic events and $25 for virtual posing clinic events, and your ticket is non-refundable. The ticket you purchased applies to the exact clinic date and location you purchased. Tickets cannot be applied to future clinics if you are a no-show to the clinic you signed up for. Attendees are not allowed to record any part of the clinics and replays will not be provided for any of the virtual events. Recording and/or sharing any part of our events is a violation of United States Copyright law. If you are purchasing this in your business capacity you guarantee this purchase as an individual.
Please allow 24 hours for a welcome email from me with access instructions for virtual events or your ticket to bring with you for any live in person events.
In addition, if you purchase any of our courses while you are purchasing a clinic ticket, you will receive a link within 24 hours with login instructions from Podia, where all my course materials are housed.
What happens after you pay:
Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will identify the clinic ticket you purchased. If you purchase any additional products and services while purchasing your clinic ticket, you will receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will identify your purchase.
*All clinic tickets, and any additional courses, digital assets, and services you purchase in addition to your clinic ticket have a no refunds policy. Your payment is your acknowledgement of this policy.*
Refunds:
All of our clinic tickets, programs, services, products, and digital assets have a no refunds policy.
Please note: Whether or not you attend the clinic or access any program materials you purchased in addition to your clinic ticket, the refund policy applies.
Payment Schedule:
You are paying for every ticket in full. You will be charged one time on the date of your purchase.
If you purchase additional programs or courses while purchasing a clinic ticket, you are also paying in full. You will be charged one time on the date of your purchase.
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to charge your card.
License to content: If you purchase any of our online courses or digital products while purchasing a clinic ticket, you are receiving one license for personal viewing and implementation of the material in any of our programs, courses, digital products, or masterclasses in your own life. You are in violation of United States copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not program members, training others in the program (in whole or part), displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials. Licenses for these items are available for purchase, starting at $5,000. If you choose to take these actions, you will be notified and billed accordingly.
Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimers as they may be amended from time to time.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty: You are in the best position to understand your unique circumstances, and you understand and agree that a general informational program such as our clinics or courses cannot be completely tailored to every single person. These programs and services are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified professional. You are advised to use your best judgment and seek the advice of such professionals in implementing the principles of any of our clinics, programs, products, or services. No guarantees are made as to outcome for the use of our clinics, programs, products, or services.
Waiver of liability and Governing Law: This contract is governed by the law of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree without reservation to personal jurisdiction in the Connecticut courts in the event of dispute concerning this agreement or your use of this program.
THIS SITE AND PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN IT OR ANY SITE-RELATED SERVICE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, AND HYPERLINKED WEBSITES.
KILL IT WITH DRIVE, LLC, LEARN TO POSE, LLC, OCB, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, AND ITS SPONSORS ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE, THE PROGRAM, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE SITE, AND/OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PROGRAM, CLINIC, SITE, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, AND/OR HYPERLINKED WEBSITES IS TO STOP USING THE SITE AND/OR THOSE SERVICES. Your state may not allow limits on warranties and damages. If so, these do not apply to you. If so, the remainder of this agreement shall be enforced as if the limited warranties and/or damages clauses are not there.
